This position is M-F (typically 40hrs/week).
Office experience a must! Pay is based on experience.
Typical duties include:
-Answering a multi-line phone in a friendly and professional manner -Taking detailed, accurate messages -Scheduling appointments -Filing, copying, faxing -Typing letters and emails -Use of Microsoft Word -Sort invoices by project -QuickBooks -Prepare quotes for bid jobs All resumes received will be treated confidentially References will be required when interviewed Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
