Job Description:
Very busy site- majority of the site handles urine samples.
Production or manufacturing experience would be preferred.
Supports hourly workforce.
Sister lab is in Richmond, VA.
Some of the work in Gretna will be similar to Richmond.
Other lab responsibilities willDecent amount of HR experience- preferably a minimum of 5 yrs.
HR experience.
Service center model- benefits team, TA team, ER team- would not need to do these.
Will support the site and the leaders.
Preferred stand-out experience in - Succession planning, increasing employee engagement at the site, more SR level leader support, has had increase in responsibilities over time, stability with an organization (not someone in a new role every year), growth within organization, has worked with a corporate department or infrastructureHeightened HR ability to understand situation and work through the complexity of it.
HR past jobs that would be a good fit- HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Jr ManagerHR past jobs that are NOT a good fit- Employee Relations, Recruiter, Benefits AnalystHigh level of confidentiality.
Work independently.
Prioritize work.
Day to day communication with manager and with the site leadersDay to day in the role- high level of turnover at the site.
Making sure new hires for FTEs- working on i9s and other onboarding.
Will not respond to ER issues directly (would work with corporate HR for any ER issues).
Working with managers and customer groups for trainings and other corporate initiatives.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
