Responsibilities - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and courteous manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area - Process payments using POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Assist with food preparation as needed - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Requirements - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong upselling and sales skills - Cash handling experience is preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Job Types:
