We are currently seeking a Janitor to join our team.
As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities.
This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including break rooms and conference rooms - Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel - Adhere to company policies and procedures Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail - Familiarity with floor care, including buffing and waxing - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If you are a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to cleanliness, we encourage you to apply for this position.
