Job Description:

1. Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
2. Exercises sound business discretion and independent judgment, planning, organizing and controlling assigned Slot operations demonstrating positive/constructive leadership behavior.
3. Trains, communicates expectations, develops, coaches, evaluates, directs/supervises subordinate staff and recommends pay status.
4. Disciplines subordinate staff (or recommend such).

5. Schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor subordinate personnel. Write, recommend, and implement performance reviews, salary increases, promotions, demotions, disciplinary action, terminations, and other employment actions for subordinate personnel.
6. Interprets/implements company policy, procedures, rules, law/regulations and enforces subordinate performance standards/expectations.
7. Monitors operations security, protects assets and insures compliance with internal control and coordinates with other operations as necessary/required.
8. Makes recommendations on cost control, improvement measures and takes appropriate measures as necessary or required.
9. Verifies/authorizes jackpots according to procedure and gaming controls.
10. Issues complimentary and coordinates same with other departments, directs/supervises subordinates.
11. Monitors operations, Slot Play and productivity and takes corrective action as necessary or required.
12. Ensures compliance with company safety, security and health program.
13. Ensures necessary/required recordkeeping and reports on operations status.
14. Ensures assigned shift is properly supplied and equipped.
15. Reports as necessary or required.
16. Handles customer and subordinate complaints.
17. Other accountabilities, responsibilities, duties as necessary or required.
Job Requirements:
This position spends the majority of shift on the casino floor, and is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise levels, and smoke, the degree of which depends upon customer volume.
Ability to work with varying levels of crowds, noise, smoke, the severity of which depends on customer volume.
Ability to understand, interpret and enforce applicable policy, procedure, rules, law/regulations. Ability to communicate with employees and customers.
Ability to observe and direct actions of subordinates.
Ability to read and write legible reports.
Ability to move around all work areas.
This position requires at least two years casino related experience and demonstrated ability to supervise subordinates.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
